Domain Validation
Domain Validation is the most basic validation.Verification happens through an approval email. The process is automated, sending an email to one of the domain contacts found in the domain registry. After enrollment, there is an automated phone call made to you. Once this is complete, the approval email is sent to the email selected during enrollment. By opening the link within that email, you are able approve the certificate and then it would be issued to you via email.
